I would like to dedicate this post to my Other Mother, for she told me that if I didn’t post something soon, she was going to kick my ass.

Okay, I’m quite pissed.  I ordered my Yoga Booty Ballet over a week ago and it STILL has yet to be delivered to my door step.  I need the workout people!  Although, I have to say, this Weight Watchers thing is working out pretty good for me.  So far, I’ve lost a grand total of 4 pounds!!  Yippee.  I was quite disappointed that I only lost 1 pound this week b/c I worked my ass off, but hey, 1 pound is better than none, right?

So last night, I stopped by Kenda’s house after work.  Mom was there and I hadn’t seen Kenda since last Friday night, so I thought I’d stop by for a short visit.  Well, as soon as I got there, Kenda started feeding me beer.  Then mom went home, and I continued to drink.  THEN, I did something I shouldn’t have.  I mixed myself a whiskey.  Ahhhh!!  I knew I shouldn’t, but Kenda was drinking it and it looked so tasty!  I only had 2, but boy am I feeling it today.  I’m pretty surprised that I even woke up this morning!  I’m even more surprised that I was only 10 minutes late to work.  Let me just tell you that I feel like CRAP right now.  (I know, my own fault, but try to feel just a little sorry for me!)  I wonder how K-Did feels today………she had more than me! 

I have wonderful news!  Well, semi-wonderful news.  We are VERY close to buying a house!  That is, if we like it………  Sounds confusing, I know.  OK, we found a house in B-game that we really like.  It’s super cute from the outside, has a big yard, 3 car garage, basement, and the entire inside is newly remodeled.  I LOVE it!!  So, I contacted the realtor about looking at it, and while I was at it, inquired about mortgage programs.  She referred me to a lender at Countrywide that they work with.  So I contacted him, he took our info, and got back to me on Tuesday with the results.  The results were magnificent!!  We qualified for a kick-ass loan with NO MONEY DOWN.  We will only have to pay our closing costs.  So we’re going to tour the house on Saturday morning and hopefully we’ll love it just as much when we see it in person.  Luckily for me, I have my trusty real estate adviser who has told me that I can’t “oohh” and “ahhh” at things when we look at the house.  I have GOT to keep my poker face!  I have to use my powers to psyche them out and make them think that I’m not that interested when really I’m screaming on the inside with excitement.  Because if they know how bad we want the house, they won’t be as apt to come down on the price a whole lot.  Thanks adviser! 

Oh, and apparently my mother is moonlighting at the Trop and dancing for fat bald guys.  Glad I’m the last one to find out about these things!
